About Noel Johnson, Broker/Owner – Premier Real Estate Services

With more than 33 years of real estate experience, Noel Johnson is one of Central Minnesota’s most accomplished REALTORS® and the Broker/Owner of Premier Real Estate Services. Since founding the company in 2002, Noel has grown Premier into the region’s top independent brokerage, now home to 100+ agents and staff serving clients across St. Cloud, Sartell, Sauk Rapids, Saint Joseph, Litchfield, Hutchinson, Little Falls, and Minneapolis. His personal career sales exceed $500 million, while his team has closed more than $4 billion in residential, commercial, and investment transactions.

Investor, Entrepreneur & Leader

In addition to his brokerage success, Noel is an active real estate investor with ownership interests in properties across 16 states and management of more than 1,000 tenants in Minnesota. His firsthand experience in acquisition, development, and property management provides clients and agents with exceptional investment insight and guidance.

Experience & Recognition

Noel has served as President (2012–2014) and Treasurer (2011) of the St. Cloud Area Association of REALTORS® and has earned both the Community Service Award (2013) and Distinguished Service Award (2015). His leadership continues to shape the regional real estate industry through education, mentorship, and advocacy.

Community Commitment

A strong believer in giving back, Noel has served on the Habitat for Humanity Restore Advisory Board (2010–2012), participated in local home builds, and was featured in Business Central Magazine (2021) for his community service. He also oversees Central MN Riverblades Hockey Operations and founded the Husky Pups learn-to-skate program at SCSU.
