About John E

Born and raised in Northern Minnesota, I later moved to St. Cloud to attend St. Cloud State University (SCSU), where I earned a degree in Sociology.

 For over 20 years, I held an executive leadership role at a St. Cloud-based company while building a real estate investment portfolio. Today, I am fortunate to pursue my passion for real estate full-time, dedicating my energy to an industry that truly inspires me. 

 Real estate is more than buying and selling homes; it's about helping people achieve their goals and dreams. I commit to ensuring that every client I represent feels confident and empowered throughout the process. I use market expertise, real-world experience, and a personal touch to guide my clients at every step, making their home-buying or selling experience as smooth and rewarding as possible. 

 In addition to working with buyers and sellers, I am also an active real estate investor. After purchasing my first investment property shortly after college, I have grown my portfolio to 21 properties across central Minnesota, housing 125 families. I am passionate about real estate and love engaging with others who share that enthusiasm.
