Gus Miller is an exceptional realtor. The property that we ended up buying wasn't even on our radar but Gus saw the 'Coming Soon' on MLS and had a feeling it might be for us. From the first showing to the closing, Gus kept us so well informed-he is such a professional. On the selling side, we asked Gus' advice on what we could do to our home to make it more appealing. He again went above and beyond, had amazing pictures taken as well as a video with an open house 2 days after our listing went live. Our house sold within a week and again through that process, we were kept up to date and never felt like we were left in the dark. When a deal goes well, any realtor will do. When my deal got difficult and the troubles with closing, Kelly really showed her experience. She was on top of all the details and made sure I was aware of what options were there and what we'd need to do to either close the deal or "jump ship" to another offer.
She was able to negotiate a good deal and kept me in the driving seat. If you are selling, I'd really recommend Kelly.
