When a deal goes well, any realtor will do. When my deal got difficult and the troubles with closing, Kelly really showed her experience. She was on top of all the details and made sure I was aware of what options were there and what we'd need to do to either close the deal or "jump ship" to another offer.
She was able to negotiate a good deal and kept me in the driving seat. If you are selling, I'd really recommend Kelly.
