We want your home to have its maximum exposure so keep that in mind & PLAN AHEAD. Make sure you talk to your Premier Agent about marketing times for your neighborhood. If you want to get the most amount of money out of your home, the worst thing you can do is Rush the sale. Average market times for homes can easily be 90 days. As we all know the Spring time can decrease that dramatically.
